Forthcoming conference in 2018: Political Thought, Time and History

A major conference on this theme will be held under the auspices of the Centre for Political Thought in Clare College, Cambridge, on 10-11 May 2018.

The conference will address the various ways in which political philosophers have engaged with concepts of time and the evidence of history: how have they done so, and why have some embraced time and history, while others have sought to limit or diminish their roles?

Confirmed speakers include Quentin Skinner, Sir Christopher Clark, Caroline Humfress, David D'Avray, George Garnett, Kinch Hoekstra, Aaron Garrett, Silvia Sebastiani and Chris Meckstroth.

Booking details will be made available here in September 2017.
